Host A Toy Adaptation Workshop
f you would like to have a team-building, community-service activity at your company, consider hosting a RePlay for Kids toy adaptation workshop. RePlay for Kids brings all the necessary tools and toys (although either the company or employees are to donate new or gently-used toys). All the company needs to provide are the volunteers and a workspace with some tables, chairs and outlets (a conference room or break room would do). Workshops are usually set up to last from two to four hours, depending on the company's needs. Technical skills are not needed, as the RePlay for Kids workshop leaders will guide everyone through the necessary steps. Librarians, accountants, secretaries, bank tellers, and even lawyers have successfully adapted toys in our workshops.
If you would like to set up a workshop, or find out more information, contact RePlay for Kids, or work with Business Volunteers Unlimited to set up a workshop.
